Adult Dance Fitness

Our dance fitness program will help you get in shape and have fun while doing it. We offer a variety of dance fitness classes during the week to lift the spirit and the heart rate at the same time.  This innovative new program integrates the fun of dancing to the latest music with a workout designed to make you sweat, build muscle and increase flexibility.  

 

The program is specially designed for adults of any skill level. Some of our students are brand new to the world of dance and some have been dancing all of their lives.  Students range in age from 18 to 80.  Workouts are designed for the individual to go at their own pace.

To keep you engaged and excited, there are multiple dance styles with continually changing, unique choreography.  Currently, we offer four different styles of adult dance fitness. Tap Fitness is for the student who appreciates a pair of tap shoes and great rhythm while they dance.  Ballet Fitness is great for strengthening and toning. Jazz and Hip Hop Fitness will get your heart pumping and burn calories while you're having fun.
